How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at refunds@techagreement.com with:

• Your account email address
• Order date
• Reason for requesting a refund

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Exceptions

Refunds are not available for subscriptions that are more than 30 days old or for accounts flagged for misuse. Enterprise contracts are subject to different terms.
